A selection of dishes that characterise and distinguish the cuisine of the Costa Brava

Each restaurant offering the Centenary Menu has created its own personalised menu based on the Costa Brava à la carte dishes.
In this way, each establishment presents a unique menu in the personal style of its chef. The same dish may be made in the traditional, time-honoured manner or in the more elaborate style of modern, up-to-date cuisine.

The Centenary Menus range from two-course or three-course meals to lengthier tasting menus.

The menus will be served during the period of the Costa Brava Centenary celebrations. The member establishments reserve the right to extend or reduce this period.
